Health and safety at work – summary statistics for 2022

We are pleased to bring you the summary statistics detailing all aspects of health and safety at work for Great Britain in 2022 – published by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

Falling from height is still the most common cause of workplace fatalities. Page 8 of the report shows slips, trips or falls, including falls from height, count for 38% of non-fatal injuries to employees.
