We’re pleased to share the following story from SAEMA member, Integral Cradles.
Integral Cradles, a leading provider of specialist access solutions, has achieved a significant milestone with the successful completion of a series of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at the One Leadenhall, a 36-storey skyscraper in London.
Throughout February, Integral Cradles conducted rigorous tests on two building maintenance units (BMUs), within its testing facility at GIND sau in Madrid, Spain each equipped with its own lift table.
The Factory Acceptance Tests, witnessed and reported on by British Engineering Services, confirmed the performance and functionality of the BMUs and screw jack lifting tables, meeting the stringent standards set by Multiplex, the client for the project.
Integral Cradles’ ability to deliver solutions that adhere to the highest industry standards was evident throughout the testing process, ensuring the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.
“We are proud to have successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Tests at One Leadenhall Street” said Kevin Walton, Managing Director at Integral Cradles. “This achievement reflects our dedication to providing innovative and reliable access solutions that meet the unique needs of each project. We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Multiplex and contribute to the success of this prestigious development.”
One Leadenhall is currently in the later stages of the construction process and will be a 36-storey, 165.2 metre skyscraper to be built adjacent to Leadenhall Market in London. It will replace the existing building located at 1 Leadenhall Street, known as Leadenhall Court, and is expected to be completed later this year.
Integral Cradles’ expertise in delivering tailored access solutions for complex environments has once again been demonstrated through the successful completion of the Factory Acceptance Tests at One Leadenhall.
